TERMS and CONDITIONS for RESIDENTIAL SERVICES

A. Aventura Maid Services is a referral service company for Applicants (‘independent contractors”) and clients.

With this agreement the Client is notifying A. Aventura Maid Services of the type of services they are seeking. After this information has been received from the Client, A. Aventura Maid Services will find applicants (‘independent contractors”) that will be qualified as closely as possible to the Client's request.

A. Aventura Maid Services is only a referral service company and not an Employer with respect of the applicants (‘independent contractors”). The client and the applicants (‘independent contractors”) decides the date, time and how the service is to be performed, responsible for providing equipment nor cleaning supplies or any other benefits. A. Aventura Maid Services charges the Clients a referral service fee of $15.00( fifteen dollars ) per service. The payment will be made once a week.

In order to facilitate the payment, the Client agrees the check is to be made payable to: Aventura Maid Services. (CASH IS NOT ACCEPTED AT ANY TIME) for the service rendered by the applicants (‘independent contractors”) plus the service fee.
 

By clicking accept” the employer is agreeing to the terms and conditions of this agreement.

TERMS and CONDITIONS for COMMERCIAL SERVICES

The employer agrees that at any time during the terms of this agreement will not pay directly or employ any person who has performed services under Aventura Maid Series.
The check will be payable to: Aventura Maid Services. (CASH IS NOT ACCEPTED AT ANY TIME)
This application and your client account number will be only effective upon hiring Aventura Maid Services.
